From home took Custis to W&OD to Falls Church - took Van Buren/Columbia/Noland/Rt 7/Broad/W&OD back to Van Buren. Then took W&OD back to Custis to near home with a loop around the school.
Drills, 2 hill strides, 2 flat strides after.
Wore running jacket and tights and was overdressed.
No ankle braces; L/R balance was 48.5/51.5.
