At AU track.
Four “in-n-outs”, then 8x800 at 5K pace with 300m jogging recovery, followed by 4x200m with 200m jogging recovery.
Was targeting 5K pace/effort for the 800s (3:07-3:08); hit 3:04, 3:06, 3:08, 3:05, 3:07, 3:07, 3:08, 3:08 (average of 6:16 pace). Recovery between each was 2:00-2:20.
Followed with 4x200m, each at 41 seconds.
Still recovering from cold, but took 2 sudafed before, and that helped.
