Temp 74, DP 69 - wind of 8 mph from east (helpful)
Did 8 hill reps of Iwo Jima solo, with a bathroom break after the 3rd rep (did a not-so-downhill stride to the bathroom). Slowed the reps down slightly to make the whole workout overall more aerobic in nature. I really didn't need to go super hard here after having raced miles so recently.
Felt tired at first, but better as I went. Very happy with how well these went.
Breathing was very good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and french toast and tri-berry GUs. Had some bathroom issues - I think the rice was a bit undercooked.
