Temp 70, DP 61. Wind from N at 8 mph.

Workout was 2K, 4x800, 2x400. I ended up swapping to 2K, 5x800 to give Kate Swan a tow for her last 800.

Splits were 8:35, 3:18, 3:16, 3:14, 3:10, 3:07. 5:42 recovery after the 2K, and 3:0x-3:2x between the 800s (so way too long)

Ran with big group, including Regina, Caroline, Tony, new guys Justin and Ken, plus Matt, Eve, and JD at front. Kate Swan also joined for the 800s.

Struggled with my gait/dystonia. a bit at first, but it got better by the end. Felt good for last two 800s. Trick is to engage transverse abdominals, and swing arms with relaxed shoulders and feet. And to let stride extend.

L/R balance at 50.2/49.8; wore toe spacers

Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar 80 plus two puffs of inhaler - breathing tight at first, then fine.

Breakfast was rice and razz clif gel - sat well.

1 capsule Rytary and 1 mg rasagiline at 4:15 am
