Temp of 60, DP of 55.
Felt very sluggish on warm-up and drills, and chest hurt. By the end of the workout I was feeling much better, though.
Workout was 2x1600, 800, with an additional 800 if we wanted. I ran 6:09, 2:55, 6:08, 2:56, 2:54. Kept these very under control.
Followed up with single leg deadlifts at gym (4x5 at 15). Skipped squats and good mornings.
