Temp/DP 46, rain. Wind from N at 16 MPH.
Did 4x800 in 3:34, 3:28, 3:23, 3:20. Recoveries of 2:4x-3:0x. Legs feel really good, but couldn't stride well in the dark.
HRM not working.
Breakfast was rice, sunflower butter, chocolate Clif gel and salted caramel GU - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing very good.
Wore raincoat for first rep and then removed it - it felt like a parachute.
