Notes

Easy part at 8:48 pace. Dewpoint at 60 degrees. Felt good, except for very sore quads/flexors. Practiced good form, including engaged abs and knee lift.

Fartleks were about 5:28 pace. Would have been faster on P st hill, except that had to stop for car.
