Notes
On treadmill with Stride. After warm-up, did 8 cycles of:
2:00 at 9.2 MPH on 3.0 incline;
1:30 at 6.7 MPH on 1.0 incline;
0:30 at 10.7 (10.8 on last 2) MPH on 1.0 incline;
1:00 at 6.7 MPH on 1.0 incline.
Forgot to select workout on watch, so had to time manually.
Felt good, this was good and controlled.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores, tri-berry, and ginger ade GUs - sat well.
Breathing was advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good.
Music was Zoltar's Subterranean 891.
