Temp 62, DP 57, wind of 16 MPH from NW, pollen of 9.0 (but seemed worse)
Did 2x1200, 2x800, 2x400, and then 2x200 in 4:30, 4:24, 2:56, 2:53, 86, 83, 41, and 41. Ran in a big pack that included Weston, Jason, Jake, Beth, Lindsay, Brent, Romain, David Kent, and possibly some others (big pack).
Had intended to cruise the 1200s and 800s, and then hammer the 400s and 200s, but ended up reversing that plan and working during the 1200s and 800s, and then using the 400s and 200s as form drills. Since it was really windy, it worked better to hang with the group than to drop back and run on my own - better wind blocks. But...I wasn't having a great breathing day - throat was really tight - and my legs felt pretty dull by the end, so it didn't make sense to hammer the last reps, so I pulled back on those.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and then a puff of rescue after first 1200 and a second after the first 800. I should have just used the rescue before.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted watermelon GUs Some GI issues before workout, but nothing during.
