Temp 48, DP 33. Wndy on back stretch. Workout was 2x1600, 2x800 - ran with Kate, Elyse, and Sam. Split 6:17, 6:12, 3:02, and 3:00. Legs weren't as bouncy as I would like, and I felt a bit off - tree pollen was very high today.
One puff Foradil pre-workout (but felt like I didn't get a good puff); multiple puffs of rescue inhaler before workout (and one during recovery).
