Temp 18, DP 12. First few miles were tough, but felt pretty good after that. (coughing at end, though). Was playing this one by ear, as I wanted to make sure I didn't push myself into another relapse, but I felt better the longer I ran.
Ran from gym down to P st and over to Georgetown. Then took M to 26th to K st, and went out and back on the Cap Crescent to mile marker 7. Stopped by the water front on the way back to do a few quick drills and strides, then took M to P to Dupont and back to the gym.
Followed up with some quick injury prevention work at gym
