Notes
Temp 18, DP 15 at start; temp 30, DP 22 by finish. Met group at Fletchers, ran out to Hains Point and around (going reverse way) before heading back. Ran with Chris C, Sarah, Dan, Robin, Emily S-H for most part; Chris and I picked it up together near the end, though had to slow up for a bit around MM 10 due to a bad patch of ice. After that patch, I picked it back up - there were a few more patches, but nothing that bad.
First pick-up ~2.5 miles at 6:59 pace; second was ~1.5 miles at 7:04 pace).
Didn't start watch until MM 9, so had to extrapolate first bit. HRM not working
