Starting temp 66, DP 65; ending temp 67, DP 66. Wind from east at 10 MPH.
Parked at Parking lot 2 in Rock Creek (by Broad Branch) and ran out and back on Rock Creek. Did feet activation/funny walk before, and gait was better, though still issues with uneven pavement. I wore my Next% to see how they handed running downhill. I was mostly fine, though I struggled on the downhill just past Wise road, as well as on the rough sections north of East-West highway.
Split this as first 4.5 miles averaging 9:12 pace; next 4.5 miles averaging 8:01 pace; last 4.5 miles averaging 6:54 pace, and then a cooldown.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs -sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar. Breathing fine.
