Temp of 50. For some reason, allergies acting up. Resting heart rate was great, so I know it's not coming down with something.
6 pepeats up Iwo Jima - pace overall averaged 7:38. Worked on keeping recoveries very slow, which made workout much harder (quick changes in pace are rough on me). Ran with big group, including Philippe, Chris M, Jessica, Nora, Mason, and Dan (we'd all separate on uphills, and regroup on downhills).
Cool-down was back to car in Georgetown, which saved me a TON of time.
Pepto plus 2 puffs of inhaler before workout. Legs felt good, but allergies hitting me, and stomach a bit off.
Followed with injury prevention work, including squats (4x8 at 105, 125, 135, 145) and good mornings (3x10 at 85)
