Notes
Starting temp 75, DP 73, ending temp 80, DP 74.
Did 2K, 1200, 1600 in 8:50, 5:17, 7:05 (2:4x recovery) but didn't feel up to a second set between lack of sleep and heat/humidity. So jogged over to Stafford and did some short hill repeats, cycling between easy, medium, hard before heading back to the track for 2x800 at tempo with 200m jog (3:38 and 3:34)
Felt crappy due to lack of sleep but glad I got something in.
Breakfast was rice, sunflower butter, chocolate cliff and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good.
