Temp 37, DP 29. No wind.
Did 8 Iwo Jima hills, stopping at one way sign on way up, and post on way down. Worked on heel and knee lift, and that seemed to help tremendously. The downhill strides are much improved.
I did feel really achey and sore and had sciatic pain in both legs at the start - likely from my booster shot.
Wore tights and thick longsleeve - well dressed for the weather.
L/R balance at 47.6/52.4.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar.
Breakfast was eggs, rice, smores and salted caramel GU, and some dark chocolate - sat well.
