At WL. Warmed up with 150/100/50 on 2:00, then ran twice through drill set of kick,catch-up, one-armed, 100 of 3/2 breathing, followed by 50 kick. Then did 600 continuous of 75 easy/25 hard, with a closing 50 easy. Garmin failed to catch last 650 because I turned it off by accident.
