Notes

Temp of 71, DP of 71. Practiced new mental focus techniques, and worked my way through the tough sports during the tempo. Told myself the dewpoint was not an excuse for the workout, and it wasn't. Whadyaknow.

4 mile tempo in 27:04 for 6:49 pace -- splits were 7:01/6:50/6:42/6:31

Followed with squats (3x8 at 105, 115, 125) and good mornings (2x10 at 85)

2 puffs of inhaler before, plus Pepto. Ran in my Kinvaras without superfeet, and feet felt great.
