Temp 15, DP -5. Did 7 Iwo Jima hill repeats, working with Dan, with Greg, Caroline, and Patrick right behind. This went pretty well, though it took a while to warm up into them. Focused on running tall and relaxed, and using my glutes.

One puff Foradil in morning. Breathing very good.

For posterity, wore compression shorts and tights on bottom, sportsbra and thick longsleeve on top, with jacket for warm-up. For feet, wore normal socks+ankle warmers; hands were snowboarding gloves and handwarmers. Thick headband on top. I was very comfortable in this outfit. First rep was a bit cold without the jacket, and then I was fine.
