Start at temp 67, dp 65, end at temp 71, DP 65. Ran from Fletchers down to Hains Point and back. Originally hung with large group, then smaller group including new girl Sam, Jonathan, Evan, and myself. Then we let Sam and Jonathan go ahead when they started speeding up a bit sooner than Evan or I wanted to.
Split as 8:57 for first 2 miles, next 6 at 8:06, next 3 at 7:42, final 3 at 7:08. Total was 7:56 pace for 14.
