Sluggish at first, then better. Ran into wind at start, and away at end.
Route started at Rumsey, then to Union Station, then past MCI Center and down 9th to Const. Over to Lincoln, and picked up Maine Avenue down to the Jefferon Memorial and up 14th to Independence. Then back down to the Capitol, up to Union Station, and back to the pool
