Temp 73, DP 68, wind of 6 MPH from south.
Met Lauren and did the first two parts of the 4-3-2-1 workout with her. Splits were:
4 mile: 29:08 (7:22/7:21/7:11/7:14) - 7:19 pace
3 mile 21:58 (7:26/7:20/7:12) - 7:19 pace
Had some GI issues during the 3 mile resulting in a brief stop halfway through.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and triberry Gus - sat well. I took a Chai Latte Rocktane between the 4 and the 3, which may have caused the GI issues.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar - breathing good.
