Temp 69, DP 65, wind from south at 7 mph.
Ran 1600, 5x800, 2x200. The 1600 and the first 4x800 were run tagging behind a group that included Lauren, Chris C. Andrea, Nic, and some others. I did the last 800 and the 200s solo.
Definitely getting faster, though I had some locking up issues especially in the first 1600.
Splits were 6:50, 3:17, 3:17, 3:16, 3:14, 3:14, and then 47 and 47. Recoveries were 5:37 after the 1600 and 3:0x to 3:3x after the 800s (way too long). Full recovery for the 200s. Next session, I think I need to trail a different group to keep the recoveries shorter.
Breakfast was rice, sunflower butter, chocolate Clif Gel and vanilla GU - sat well.
Breathing was advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue - breathing good.
Wore arm-coolers - they helped.

HR strap battery dead, so HR values are off and no L/R balance
