Temp 40, DP 37, rain. Did 400, 800, 2x1200, 800, 400, and then 4x200. Had option of a 1600 in the middle, but I thought it was better to reduce the volume and do some work on leg speed. Worked with Dan, Kate, Nora, Layth, though only Nora and I skipped the 1600.
Focused on running relaxed, rather than trying to stick with group. Legs are feeling better. Ran 1:34, 3:04, 4:34, 4:33, 3:01, 1:26, and then 42, 41, 41, 41.
Dressed warmer than usual, and felt better, so I think that played into the better workout also. Breathing a bit tough for warm-up, though. Used Foradil in the morning, and rescue inhaler right before workout.
