Did 8 hill repeats up Iwo Jima - stopped at one way sign on the way up and post on the way down. Gait felt good. Focused on power and bounce and glute activation rather than speed.
Wore ankle braces - L/R balance at 49.7/50.3.
Breathing was good - Breo and Qvar.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
Wore shorts and longsleeve - felt well dressed for the conditions.
