Temp 55, DP 51. Temp 60, DP 53 at end.

Did interval workout of 6x1200. Splits were 4:34, 4:22, 4:22, 4:22, 4:17, 4:14

Felt sluggish at first and didn't get many drills and strides in, so kept first repeat very conservative before dropping down into appropriate effort. Last rep was a bit too fast, but oh well. On the whole, a good workout and felt very easy. I was worried I had overcooked myself with Sunday's long run, but apparently not.

Followed with 2 mile cooldown in Kinvaras (logged separate, since different shoes) and injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x8 at 115, 145, 165) good mornings (2x10 at 105) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30).
