Temp and DP of 70. Easy run with Edie and Joe E, plus Jess Roberts and George for first part. Great to catch up with Jess. Did the Cap Crescent to the 14th St Bridge to the MV trail back to Cap Crescent - I added on a mile at the end to make 12. Did drills and two strides after. Noted the humidity, which felt horrid. But no asthma. HR monitor acting weird at times.
