Starting temp 65, DP 63; ending temp 72, DP 64. Wind from north at 5 mph. Pollen of 8.3
From home, took Custis to W&OD - saw Chris Carney while running west, so I turned and ran with him to Rt 50 and back, and then headed back up the W&OD to West Street before turning and running home. Felt good, though right ankle had some electric pain at times.
