Temp 63, DP 62 5K tempo in 19:34 (6:29/6:15/6:08/0:42). Worked with Larry and trailed Alex.
Started very slow (1:43 quarter) because felt lousy and wanted to be careful in humidity. Then split 95s for a few laps, then 93s, and then 91s for the last two laps before kicking.
The workout went far better than expected, given weather, lack of sleep, and stress. After factoring in the weather, this was a better tempo than last week.
Breathing surprisingly good, though throat tight - rescue inhaler+Advair 250/50+Qvar 80.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, Smores GU, berry stroop wafer, and GU blueberry chews. Sat well.
