Temp 57, DP 51. Met Sharon and ran down to Iwo Jima and then over to MV trail before taking 14th St Bridge to Rock Creek back home. Tripped and fell near Kennedy Center and really banged up my knee. Skipped drills and strides in favor of going home ASAP to clean it up. Good news is no real damage, just a bad gouge.
