Did 8 Iwo Jima hills, stopping by tree on way up, and stake on way down.
Felt good - stride felt very fluid and powerful - I'm ready to return to the track.
Breathing very good - rescue, Advair 250/50 and Qvar
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, salted caramel and smores Gus, coconut stroopwafel, and corn tortilla - sat well.
Forgot to wear HR strap - wrist based HR not accurate at all.
