Temp 35, DP 20, wind of 8 mph from NW.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to Van Buren/Columbia/Lee/Westmoreland/Van Buren; then took W&OD back to Custis with a loop around the school. Felt tired into the headwind, and then good. Drills and 2 hill strides after.
Wore ankle braces; gait felt smooth, but right biased.
wore tights and black running jacket - felt a bit warm.
