At WL. Started with 150/100/50/50 with 50 kick between each. Then did two sets of 5x100 yards on 2:00, with 1:00 recovery between sets. Split between 1:37 and 1:39 for each 100. Finished with extended drill set of 2x(kick, catch-up, one-armed)+kick, and then crawl/breast/crawl.
This was hard. Meant to do 10x100 straight, but my breathing was not great (pool chemicals). Arms also tired. But, I got my HR up, and that was the purpose.
