Temp 24, DP 12 at start, but warmed up as we went. Did 14 from Fletchers down Cap Crescent to Hains Point and back. Started with Chris M, Ann, and Jessica M, then backed off when they picked up the pace and ran with Tony and Marvin. After water break, ran with Ann and Kelly back to Fletchers. Kept the pace easy the whole time - felt very good at the end - like I could have run a few more miles easy.
