Temp/DP 51, wind from south at 7 MPH. Did a 4 mile track tempo in 27:39, split as 6:59/7:00/6:57/6:43. Did stop with 5 laps to go to do a mental reset and retie shoes.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted watermelon GUs, and dark chocolate - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff of rescue. Breathing good after rescue.
