Temp 32, DP 30. Took Custis to W&OD to Van Buren before a loop and back. Drills and two hill strides after. Wore tights and black running jacket - a bit warm.
Didn't wear ankle braces; gait imbalanced.
Saw the N-word scribbled across the Custis so that was awful.
