Temp and DP 70, wind of 5 MPH from SW, pollen of 2.

Workout was supposed to be 1600, 2x1200, 1-2x800. Since I have the half on Saturday, I pulled back the pace on these. After the second 1200, I still felt like I was working too hard this close to the half, so I skipped the 800s and just did 2x200 at the pace I would have run for the 800s.

Worked with Carolyn for these, with a pack behind us (Juan also was with us for the first). Splits were 6:20, 4:41, 4:39, and then 45 and 43.

Breathing was one puff of rescue, then Advair 250/50 and Qvar. Breathing not great - should have used rescue before.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and salted watermelon GUs - sat well.
