Notes
Temp 65, DP 61. Workout was 2x1600, 2-4x800 (stuck with 2 to be careful). Ran 6:17, 6:08, 2:55, 2:54. Kept these relaxed and on the easier side of interval effort - was really happy that the relaxed effort had me keeping up with Greg, Jessicas C and R, and Anna. Called it after two 800s to be safe.
Did a full 3 miles warm-up jog plus full set of drills, and felt much better for workout.
One puff of Dulera in the morning.
