Temp 46, DP 35. Breathing a bit tight, despite Advair 250/50 and QVAR. Took two puffs of rescue right before workout. I think part of the tightness was that I took the Advair too late.
DId 4x800 as first workout back. Took first really slow, and then hung with Sarah and Kate H-W for the next three. Felt very good by the end - could have done more, but wouldn't have been a good idea. RIght peroneal slightly tight after workout.
Splits were 3:09, 2:59, 2:57, 2:56.
One berry Stroopwafel and Rootbeer GU preworkout. Also ate a chocolae NUGO bar, which may have irritated the throat some.
