Temp 65, DP 55. Pollen 11.1
Started the workout very conservatively, since a) I'm supposed to be slowing down and b) my legs are dead. Skipped my normal group and trailed Patrick, with Kimi and some others with or behind me. Splits were 6:37, 3:08, 3:04, 3:00, 86, and 83. Legs felt better after the workout than they did before.
2 puffs Dulera in the morning, plus maple bacon GU. Breathing good. Peak flow at 550 after Dulera.
