From Fletchers, ran out to Hains Point and back. Kept this easy to moderate, picking it up slightly for the run back to Fletchers.
Most of the run averaged 8:47, the last two miles averaged 7:42.
L/R balance at 50.7/49.3 - wore big toe spacers.
Wore longsleeve and shorts - was warm with tailwind and comfortable with headwind
Pumas made my feet very sore.
