From home, took Custis to W&OD to Van Buren, then took W&OD back down to Bluemont Junction to Wilson. I then took Wilson to Golds Ballston. Drills after.
L/R balance at 48.3/51.7 - left calf tight. Wore little toe spacers.
Wore tights and heavy longsleeve - comfortable
