Temp 46, DP 45, light rain. Wind of 10 mph from east.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to Van Buren loop and back, with a loop around the school. Drills and four strides after.
L/R balance at 49.5/50.5- wore big toe spacers.
Wore raincoat and thin tights. Legs were good but torso slightly warm.
