Temp and DP 47. Did 2x(1600, 800) and then added another 800. Worked with or trailed Jenn and Larry, with Rachel and David behind (soloed the last). Split 6:06, 2:55, 6:00, 2:52, 2:53.
Felt MUCH MUCH BETTER than before. Breathing good again (Advair 250/50 + rescue + 2 puffs Qvar)
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, vanilla and smores GUs and coconut stroopwafel.
