37 degrees, slight breeze.
Workout was 6-10x800. Ended up with 8, at 3:02, 2:56, 2:56. 2:56, 2:56, 2:55, 2:55, 2:51. Um...yay consistency.
Felt better, but opted to keep the effort slightly down, so as to a) make sure I didn't dig myself back into a hole, and b) maybe squeeze 10 out. After the 8th, I felt definitely up to two more, but was told I was done. OK.
Followed up with injury prevention at gym (1x8 squats at 115 - right quad a bit tired, so didn't push it; 3x10 good mornings at 95, 2x5 single leg deadlifts at 10)
