Temp 40, DP 36, fairly strong wind from South. Out and back from Fletchers towards Hains Point and back. Ran with Kate N. and Tisha. Good conversation. Legs felt dead and I was dragging - likely from the travel.
Skipped drills and strides - didn't see the point since I was tired.
