Temp 69, DP 68; wind of 8 MPH from south.
Did 3200, 1600 on the track in 13:08 (6:36/6:32) and 6:24. 5:23 recovery in between the two. Trailed Dave M. for the 3200, soloed the 1600.
I was decently happy with this for the week after, especially given the humidity.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus a puff of rescue before workout.
L/R balance was 47.7/52.3 - wore ankle braces.
