Temp 78 DP 75. Did a track workout of 3200, 2x800, 2x200 in 12:34 (6:21/6:13), 2:55, 2:52, 40, and 39.
This was a slight modification of the group workout of 2x3200 or 3200, 1600 - since I am racing two miles in the next few weeks, and did 3x(1200, 800, 400) with shorter recovery on Tuesday, this made more sense than more tempo intervals.
Trailed Chris C, Jenn, and Mason for the 3200, with Brent, David, and Chris M. near me; chased the pack of Andrew S., Phillippe, and Mark A. for the 800s.
Felt much better than Tuesday - my first 1200 of the 3200 was the same pace as my first 1200 on Tuesday... My breathing was much better - I upped the Qvar to 2 puffs, and also used the rescue. Hay Fever season is apparently here, so I'll have to keep stuff maxed out until October.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and salted caramel and smores GUs - sat well.
Breathing was advair 250/50, Qvar (2 puffs) and 2 puffs of rescue.
