Temp and DP 65, pollen very low.
Did 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400. Worked with Kate H-W and Sarah, trailing Chris C, Molly, and other girl whose name I forget. We started really sluggish, sleeping through the 400 and the 800, before waking up. We did pick it up at the end. Overall, a pretty good workout, and I didn't feel like it took much out of me.
Splits were 95, 3:06, 4:36, 6:09, 4:26, 2:51, 79.
