Temp 76, DP 71, no wind.
Did 2x1200, 2x800, 2x400, 2x200 in 4:57, 4:51, 3:10, 3:08, 92, 90, 43, and 43. Recoveries of about 3:00 after the 1200s and 800s; ~90 second recoveries after the 400s and 200s.
Once HR got up I could not get it down.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla GUs - sat well.
Breathing was good in that lungs felt good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar
Wore arm-coolers; no ankle braces. L/R balance was 48.5/51.5
